HATEBREED Frontman Lands Movie Role

HATEBREED frontman Jamey Jasta has landed a small role in an upcoming independent film, "The House of Usher", a contemporary adaptation of Edgar Allen Poe's short story. Shot in Poe's home state of Massachusetts, the film is being helmed by award-winning director Hayley Cloake, whose short films "Tease", "Thump" and "Taken" have screened at festivals in the U.K., Canada, Germany, Italy, Russia, Romania, Spain, Chile, New Zealand, Australia and the U.S. Hayley has also directed the powerful, award-winning documentary "Muck Up Day", which follows a teenager on his way to jail after causing a deadly car accident while partying on the final day of school.

Commented Jasta: "It was a really cool experience and the film looks like it will be good. I had a couple of lines and even drove a Mini Cooper in the film."
